This birch and cane chair is 100 years old! It's in almost perfect condition with the bark still in place on the frame of the chair. You can see George, on the right, putting some finishing touches to their new boat house.
While cleaning up the side of the road, across from their camp, George discovered a series of the above steps laid into the hillside. Further investigation showed that the steps led to a flat area (bench) on the side of the hill which was used for picnics, campfires, and gatherings of friends and family.
