"Nestorest" was originally owned by Frank Keavney, an insurance agent from Johnstown, N.Y. who sold it to my parents Tony and Mary Ermie in 1952. In 1995 my mother sold it to my cousins Larry and Henry D'Alessandris of Schenectady. Larry purchased his brothers share in 1998, and is the sole owner of Nestorest.
The camp was built in 1920 the same year Sherman's opened their park. Nestorest "rests" on Forest Ave in West Caroga Lake.
