New Home on the Lake

Just wanted to let you know that we are the people that have built a new house at 152 East Shore Road (about where the old "leaning tree" used to be over the beach). This is Richard Nilsen, I've lived in Caroga Lake summers since 1949 and full time the last seven years. The old camp was on North Shore Rd and Kathryn Spira and I rehabbed it into year round five years ago. As Kathryn is in a wheelchair, she couldn't get to the water down the steep bank on North shore (she writes for Leader-Herald and has a website www.kathrynskorner.com
