That's Pete and Howard Dutcher's daughter, Sandy Dutcher  climbing out of her father's dump truck.  Wonder what they were doin'? Pete probably told her it was his new convertible! :) (1952)

Me walking in parking lot towards the store. LakeAire's in the background. Willie hadn't moved his hot dog stand between Tastee Freez and the bar yet.

Look at those rolled up pants, brown shoes and wild socks! I was being "cool"! ?

Dad in his '59 Chevy Impala. Sharp looking car at the time. Ice cream closed. Plenty of "ice" around right now.

It was fun driving. We used to get it roaring down Mary Jane Peck Hill then shut the ignition, while the car was in gear. This caused tremendous back pressure to build up. When were were alongside Jay Spinak's chicken farm we'd turn the ignition back on and you heard the most incredible BANG! of a BACKFIRE ever! Jay's chicken's would go nuts! They'd still be cacklin' away on our return trip up the hill an hour later.
