Talk about getting excited! Remember, as a kid, how elated you were when you finally saw Sherman's after that trip from home?
Sherman's and the beach were just seconds away. Still it seemed like an eternity, winding down the Lake Shore Road, till you got there! Now, in a "click" or two, you'll be in Sherman's Midway!
First you'll see shots of Sherman's in the late 50's and early 60's. Then various shots of "people, places, things" and happenings of Caroga.
Finally some later pictures of Sherman's. It gets better and better as you "click." So, let's get "clickin" and go down the road to Sherman's!

This view of Sherman's is one of my favorites. At night, the lights from Sherman's reflected on the lake like a Tiffany lamp. We're almost there!
Merry-Go-Round "Carousel" comes from the Italian carosello, "little war,"an ancient horsemanship game. About 80 percent of U.S. carousel figures were horses.
